All items being returned must get a return authorization number within 14 days prior to being shipped back. There is a 15% restocking fee on returned orders. Shipping charges must be pre-paid otherwise shipments will be refused. All items will be inspected to insure the product is returnable. Once approved for return the credit card will be credited the cost of the item excluding the shipping charges. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt. Customer assumes full responsibility for any return shipping.

These are product lines that we do not take back under any circumstances, you must send them to an authorized service center only unless damaged during shipment.
